With Over 170,000 Sq Ft. of Construction, Over 184 Looms, A vertically integrated facility from Warping, Sizing to Weaving, Paramount is one of the largest Weaving Facility in South Tamilnadu churning in 60,000 Meters of finest fabrics per day. A Combination of Toyoda Airjets, Picanol Gamma Rapiers & Sulzers, our weaving is completely versatile to weave coarse to fine fabrics in the apparel & bedding sectors. Our Preparatory Machines are state of art high speed syncro 4 machine with multi cylinder and double sow box giving complete versatility to size coarse and finest delicate construction, up to 24000 ends which makes beams perfect for high level efficiency compared to the commercial preparatory machine on which power looms depend. In addition to the indigenous sizing machine, we also have a Benninger Sizing Machine & Warper for higher efficiency and quality. We have imported Japanese leasing machine, which very few mills have because of capital cost. Beams are leased, to prevent cross ends which commonly occur. Warehouse is fully equipped with electronic measuring systems for accuracy of cloth length to 0.001 mm accuracy and fully fledged for both roll and bale packing as the market demands. We follow the American 4 Point system in checking which even to date, only a handful of mills in India follow.
